KIRKUS REVIEWS
“
Writing a book about the perilous state of the planet takes extraordinary courage. This book is a triumph: a work of art and a work of love, a gift to young readers and to everyone who has a young person in their lives."
KELSEY WIRTH,
co-founder, Mothers Out Front
“
Incredible book for young people who have heard (and overheard) us describe our ecological tipping points & need to discover their life is still an astounding journey, full of mystery & endless promise. It gives real hope. It gave me hope. I'm so grateful for it."
JORIE GRAHAM, Pulitzer Prize-winning poet for The Dream of the Unified Field
“
This is a story about the 'ache and promise' of our world, and it begs us to pay attention to both. A terrific and important read."
